研究情况
主要从事冶金物理化学过程控制及其在材料科学与工程技术领域应用方面的应用基础与应用开发研究，属于冶金、化学、材料、机械摩擦磨损等多学科交叉的科学与工程技术领域。作为项目负责人或主要参加人员参与完成了国家自然科学基金、国家“863”计划项目、总装预研项目、教育部重大项目、科工委配套项目及上海市地方科研项目等近三十项；目前作为项目负责人负责主持一项国家“863”项目，一项国家自然科学基金项目，子课题负责人承担一项国家支撑技术。在国内外发表学术研究论文六十多篇，申请国家发明专利近20项（其中授权12项），合作撰写专著1本，作为项目第二完成人2007年获得教育部高等学校科学技术进步奖一等奖和上海市科学技术进步一等奖；在国内多个学术机构中任理事。2008年入选首批上海交通大学“晨星青年学者”人才资助计划。2009年作为项目第三完成人获国家科技进步二等奖，2010年获得上海市科技启明星人才资助计划。
