研究情况

2004年加盟上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院,历任讲师、副教授、教授、长聘教授,期间分别在加拿大女王大学(2009-2010)和英国布里斯托大学(2015-2017)担任博士后研究员和玛丽居里研究员。现任上海交大材料学院生物医用材料联合研究中心副主任。

致力于仿细胞材料的合成、组装及转化应用研究。在基础研究方面聚焦人工细胞高效合成新方法、能量转换、及利用人工细胞调控天然细胞性能与功能,率先提出框架自组装的方法宏量构筑具有免疫细胞激活能力的人工细胞,并成功使用人工细胞达成巨噬细胞和T细胞的高效能体外激活。研究工作被《CHEMICAL SOCIETY REVIEWS, PROGRESS IN POLYMER SCIENCE》等期刊多次大篇幅引用,被评价为“一种概念性精妙新策略,为人工细胞的表面抗体/适配体修饰及药物输运开拓了可能”。系统开展人工细胞在光热治疗、光声显影、药物/蛋白输运及速凝止血方面的生物应用研究,专利成果获应用转化,服务于山东潍焦、交宏生物、上海生物芯片等多家企业。研究成果以通讯/一作在《NATURE COMMUNICATIONS, ACS NANO》等高影响力期刊发表论文80篇,编著教材/专著2本。以第一发明人获授权国家发明专利12项、PCT专利2项,2项获高水平转化。主持包括4项国家自然科学基金、1项科技部重点研发、1项欧盟国际合作在内的30余项科研项目,入选长江学者奖励计划、上海市东方学者特聘教授及跟踪计划、上海市曙光学者,教育部新世纪优秀人才,并作为2015年中国大陆唯一入选者入选欧盟玛丽居里资深学者。受邀担任国际期刊《PHARMACEUTICS编委,及VinFuture Prize提名人。
