研究情况
刘悦,上海交通大学特别研究员。2008年获复旦大学微电子系学士学位,2014年获美国德州农工大学材料科学与工程博士学位,2014至2017年于美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室从事博士后研究工作。研究方向先后获中组部、国家自然基金委项目资助。具体从事金属/陶瓷复合薄膜材料的物理/化学气相沉积、极端服役过程中(应力、电磁、高温、辐照等)材料组织结构与性能的耦合关系,晶体材料先进多尺度表征、分析与模拟技术开发等研究工作。迄今为止发表SCI论文80余篇,专利20余个。近年来应邀发表综述性文章6篇,并应邀担任国际期刊《JOM》、《JMR》、《Coatings》等专辑编辑。
