- 超快激光微纳制造与微纳连接
研究情况
主要从事超快激光与物质相互作用机制，微纳尺度材料互连机理与器件应用，微纳结构材料设计、开发与应用的研究。主持欧盟Horizon 2020框架下玛丽-居里基金1项及瑞士Empa研究所课题1项，参与国家重点研发计划项目，国家自然科学基金国际合作重点项目及面上项目等。在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nanoscale, Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊发表论文20篇。
