研究情况
长期从事高性能热管理材料及器件的基础与应用研究,近年来为国家重要工程提供多种热管理方案及开发高性能热管理器件。立足于微纳尺度相变传热理论,将材料科学与工程热物理结合,运用多学科的理论与方法,设计、制备多种高性能热管理材料及器件,满足大功率芯片、空气舵、支板火箭前缘等诸多领域对材料及器件导热率、高热流、热膨胀系数、密度、耐温范围、力学强度等参数的不同需求。相关研究成果发表在Science、Physical Review Letters、Materials Today、ACS Nano、Nano Letters、Materials and Design、International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer等国际著名期刊共计60余篇,获授权发明专利10余项,主持国家自然科学基金、173基础加强课题、科技部重点研发项目子课题、军科委创新特区、航天集团及中石油集团科研合同等纵横向项目10余项。
