研究情况
针对单晶涡轮叶片定向凝固制备工艺的本征属性,与所在团队一起发明了基底诱导单晶叶片取向精确控制技术和基于固-液界面稳恒推进的变抽拉速度定向凝固工艺,并成功开发了拥有自主知识产权的智能HRS定向凝固设备,该工艺和设备在某型单晶涡轮叶片试制中获得显著的成效。目前主持国家重点研发课题1项,外省市重点研发课题1项,重点企业技术攻关项目3项,参与国家项目和企业项目若干项。已结题国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目各一项、两机专项子课题一项、外省市科技创新项目三项。
